The Chinese tea ceremony Gong Fu Cha.
Gong Fu Cha literally means "tea prepared with great skill". This enjoyable way of drinking tea developed in China during the Ming Dynasty. Typical of this type of tea preparation are the very small, handleless tea bowls and a correspondingly small pot. The small pot always guarantees fresh tea, as the content is only enough for a few cups and therefore has to be refilled for each round.
