The deluxe matcha set "Yogan" impresses with its handcrafted matcha bowl in a classic design. The irregular shape and wavy rim represent the hilly landscape of Japan, while the fiery dark red glaze is reminiscent of lava. With a volume of approximately 430ml, the 12x8cm bowl provides generous space for brewing frothy matcha tea.

The set includes an 80-bristle bamboo matcha whisk (chasen), a whisk holder and a traditional bamboo spoon (chashaku) for optimal matcha dosing (1 heaped spoon = 1g).

The set is rounded off by a 30g zip bag of original Japanese organic matcha from controlled organic cultivation (EG-Öko-VO), certified by AGRECO DE-ÖKO-012.

The focus of the high-quality deluxe Matcha set "Yogan" (Japanese: "Lava") is the handcrafted Matcha bowl in a classic design, which attracts everyone's attention with its deliberately irregular shape and the wavy edge, which represents the hilly landscape of Japan draws: like lava, the fiery, dark red glaze seems to be flowing down over the black background. The fresh, intense green of Matcha forms an oasis of nature surrounded by the fiery forces of nature. The relatively large bowl has a diameter of 12 cm and a height of 8 cm. With a volume of approx. 430 ml, the bowl offers enough space to whip the matcha tea until it is foamy.

The bamboo matcha whisk, also called chasen, included in the set is an essential accessory for preparing matcha tea. It has 80 bristles and allows the matcha tea to be beaten with a firm and handsome foam. After use, simply rinse the bamboo broom with lukewarm water and place it on the broom holder provided with the bristles pointing downwards. The special shape of the holder ensures that the bristles are protected and keep their shape longer. With the traditional bamboo spoon (chashaku), the Matcha powder is optimally dosed into the bowl (1 heaped spoon corresponds to 1g).

The set is completed by a 30g zip bag with original Japanese organic Matcha* from Mie Prefecture in southern Japan.
