Organic Matcha
Matcha is a green tea that is ground to a fine powder and used in the Japanese tea ceremony. It has an intense green color and a lovely sweetish taste that is slightly bitter in later pickings. The tea contains many valuable plant substances such as catechins as well as carotenes and vitamins A, B, C and E. We offer Matcha in different quality levels from culinary, which is mainly used for baking and cooking, to premium for daily enjoyment as a hot drink or chilled Smoothie up to superior, which is particularly suitable for classic use in traditional tea ceremonies.
