The included bamboo broom "Chasen" with 80 bristles is an indispensable accessory for the preparation of matcha tea and can be stored gently on the broom holder, which is also included. The traditional bamboo spoon "Chashaku" allows an optimal dosage of the matcha powder into the bowl (1 heaped spoon corresponds to about 1g).

The special shape of the holder ensures that the bristles are spared and keep their shape longer.
