The bamboo matcha whisk (chasen) is essential for preparing matcha tea. With 80 bristles, it ensures a firm, handsome froth. The traditional bamboo spoon (chashaku) allows for optimal dosing of matcha powder (1 heaping spoonful equals about 1g).

The set is completed by a 30g zip bag of original Japanese organic matcha from Mie Prefecture, certified by AGRECO DE-ÖKO-012. Perfect for beginners or for occasional matcha enjoyment.

Beautiful matcha set made from high-quality components including organic matcha tea: the ceramic matcha bowl is handmade and therefore none of the others are alike, small differences and deviations from the photo are unavoidable. The artfully applied, earth-brown speckled glaze with a fine sheen and grey-green accents guarantees a truly unique piece.

The bamboo matcha whisk, also called chasen, is an essential accessory for preparing matcha tea. It has 80 bristles and allows the matcha tea to be beaten with a firm and handsome foam. With the traditional bamboo spoon (chashaku), the matcha powder is optimally dosed into the bowl (1 heaped spoon corresponds to about 1 g).
