Our high-quality Cooking Matcha is an exclusive blend of the finest culinary matchas from organic farming in southern Japan. The intense, bright green color sets it apart from other Cooking Matchas. With its superbly mild, fresh green tea aroma, it is particularly suitable for use in haute cuisine, for fine desserts and cakes in which the intense color comes into its own. Traditionally ground on granite stone, our Cooking Matcha unfolds a soft, round and refreshing taste in cereals or as a Matcha latte with milk or vegan alternatives. With a number of nutritional additives such as polyphenols, catechins and a high proportion of L-theanine, our Matcha has an extremely positive effect on health and wellbeing.
