The 80-bristle bamboo matcha broom (chasen) is essential for brewing matcha tea and allows for the formation of a firm froth. The broom holder maintains the shape and protects the bristles. The traditional bamboo spoon (chashaku) ensures optimal dosage (1 geh. spoon = 1g).

Beautiful matcha set "Shiro" (Japanese for "white") made from high-quality components including organic matcha tea: the ceramic matcha bowl is handmade and therefore none of the others are alike, small differences and deviations from the photo are unavoidable. The smooth, white glaze with a silky sheen, fine speckles and green accents guarantees a truly unique piece.

The bamboo matcha whisk, also called chasen, is an essential accessory for preparing matcha tea. It has 80 bristles and allows the matcha tea to be beaten with a firm and handsome foam. After use, simply rinse the bamboo broom with lukewarm water and place it on the broom holder provided with the bristles pointing downwards. The special shape of the holder ensures that the bristles are protected and keep their shape longer.
With the traditional bamboo spoon (chashaku), the Matcha powder is optimally dosed into the bowl (1 heaped spoon corresponds to 1g).

The set is completed by a 30g zip bag with original Japanese organic Matcha* from Mie Prefecture in southern Japan.
